Fudge Ice Cream Pie or Brownie
1/2 Gallon vanilla ice cream 16 oz. Hot Fudge 1 Chocolate crumb crust or brownie cake done Desired toppings (nuts, whip cream, cherries)
Allow ice cream to soften for 5 minutes. On top of the chocolate crumb crust or brownie cake spread the ice cream. Cover with hot fudge. Refreeze for 30 minutes and serve with desired toppings.
Yield: 1 pie or 1 (13x9x2) brownie
